The controller contains a 802.11(b)(g) radio, model XG-180M. Please note the Sporton International test report is for a model XG-880M radio, which is electrically and mechanically identical to the model XG-180M. (See attestation letter.) The radio operates in the 2400 - 2483 MHz band with DSSS and OFDM modulation. The model TPMC- 4XG controller is designed to be used in home theater or digital media centers. The radio utilizes both a PCB trace and a chip antenna, which satisfies the requirements of 47 Cfr 15.203. Confidentiality requested for allowed files. Request is properly addressed and referenced. No short term confidentiality requested. Recommendation All items have been resolved and completed to my satisfaction; therefore I recommend this application for approval.
