FCC ID: MCQ—S2CTH To Whom It May Concern: This Class II Permissive Change adds a new firmware option which uses an RF duty cycle of up to 66%. The original certification was based on the original firmware which has a duty cycle of 27%. As explained in the operational description, the firmware loaded onto the device limits the output power as required for band edge compliance at the applicable duty cycle. Antenna loss tables have also been updated. There are no changes to the hardware and no changes to the RF characteristics of the signal other than the duty cycle.
