Hello Tim,

Go ahead and list, assuming compliance is met, the tunable frequencies(center frequency of the lowest channel to center
frequency of highest channel) in the PC. This will resolve any questions about the actual frequencies.

      We are processing a Permissive Change application where we have noted that the original grant lists
      2400-2483.5 MHz instead of actual frequencies (see attached). Our understanding is that under Part
      15, the FCC wants actual tunable frequencies. Please review.
