Device meets new rules In regards to U-NII 2 band, this is a client only device , not effected by DFS changes, thus no additional testing was needed. Device meets new rules In regards to U-NII 3 band, no power change occurred, Power operation is within Cisco tolerance for transmit power and thus no changes done. The issue is to demonstrate the device meets the new FCC OOBE limits as specified, Data demonstrate device meets new rules.
