Feb 15, 2019 FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSIONS Authorization and Evaluation Division 7435 Oakland Mills Road Columbia, MD 21046 Subject: Description of Permissive Change Dear Sir/Madam, We, Cisco Systems, Inc. hereby authorize Bay Area Compliance Laboratory Corp to act as a laboratory for testing and test report generation for the following project(s): FCC ID: LDKHDGWI1903, Model: C9117AXI-B This project is a Permissive Change II submission to add DFS bands (5250-5350 MHz, 5470-5725 MHz), 5725-5850 MHz band & 80+80 MHz Channel bandwidth configurations. The product is identical to original certified device and there is no any hardware change or modification to the device. The additional channels and bandwidth configuration are enabled by software. We affirm that between BACL and Cisco Systems, Inc., any difference in understanding, including test plan, measurement methods, applicable standards and relevant procedures and processes have been resolved prior to commencement of testing activities.
