This Change of Identification request applies for a new FCC ID as established in 47CFR 2.933(b)
for a currently approved device. This application by Cisco Systems will establish a new FCC ID:
LDKESW6301 under Cisco Systems grantee code for purpose of marketing. The original grant to
Cisco will remain in effect.
Per 2.933(b)
    1. The original identification is LDK102103
    2. The original grant dates are
           a. DTS: 12/9/2016
           b. U-NII: 12/9/2016
    3. The equipment is electrically identical. Only the model name and FCC ID number are
       different.
    4. The original test results are applicable and representative of this changed device
    5. The purpose of the change of ID is to add a new model that will be marketed for
       industrial and hazardous locations. A C2PC will be filed once this change of ID has been
       granted to modify this grant to include the physical modifications.
    6. External photos, labels, and this cover letter are included in this application.
    7. Additional attestation documents will be provided as needed.
Note: The original FCC ID and grant and the new FCC ID and grant belong to the same grantee,
Cisco Systems and the grantee retains full responsibility for security and configuration control
for both FCC IDs and grants.
