FCC ID: LDK10250 In Pursuant to 47 Code of Federal Regulations Part 2.933 of the technical rules, Cisco is filing for use of an alternate FCC ID number for the radio module certified under FCC ID: LDK102050. This card was designed and manufactured by a 3rd party for Cisco The request for an alternate FCC ID number for a number of units that were mislabeled and shipped from our vendor’s factory. These products were erroneously labeled LDK10250 instead of LDK102050. This error was eventually caught by engineering and the corrections in production were made. However a number of mislabeled radios were placed into the field. These radios are 100% electrical and mechanical the same as the correctly labeled products. We have since corrected the problem of the FCC ID, however it appears a number of them may have been shipped into the field. Therefore in order to be in compliance with the FCC technical rules, we are failing for an alternate FCC ID number for this product to cover the products with the incorrect label. Regards David A.
