 Hello Claire,

The review is complete and there are only minor items as shown below. I am sending this to you instead of applicant as yourequested.
Please email if you have questions.

Q1: Current FCC rules for modular approval require the device to be tested in a "stand-alone" configuration. Since this test was carried
out in a host device, the grant would normally be issued as a Limited Modular Approval, which appears to be consistent with the intent
of the modular request letter. However, FCC 07-56 ET Docket No. 03-201 released April 23, 2007, but not yet published in the FR,
provides for a new modular approval known as a Split Modular Approval. If it is Cisco's intent to apply for a Split Modular Approval,
please consult the new rulemaking and revise the modular approval request to include the additional information required by the newly
added section 15.212(a)(iv). Note that the revised rules become effective 3o days after publication in the FR.
<answer>Cisco prefers to have the grant listed as a limited modular approval.

Q2: The test report must specify the measurement procedures used. Please refer to the list of measurement procedures at http://www.
fcc.gov/oet/ea/eameasurements.html and revise or amend the test report to specify the test procedures used. At minimum the test
report must state that the procedures of ANSI C63.4:2003 were used. Specific reference to "Measurement of Digital Transmission
Systems Operating under Section 15.247", March 23, 2005 is recommended as well.
<answer>The procedures of ANSI C63.4:2003 and "Measurement of Digital Transmission Systems Operating
under Section 15.247", March 23, 2005 were used.

 Best regards,

 Tim Dwyer
