Question 1) You have applied for modular approval. This device looks like it fits into a specific
            case. Explain why you are applying for modular approval and how this device with a
            case and multiple antennas is to be configured for modular use.

Response: The radio module consists of a printed circuit board assembled in an aluminum
          housing. This entire assembly makes the radio module. This module is then inserted
          exclusively into the AIR-AP1250 series access point housing assembly as shown in
          the uploaded AIR-RM1252A-A-K9 Assembly Photos document.

            Modular approval is requested because this module may be populated in the AIR-
            AP1250 series housing on it’s own, or co-located with the AIR-RM1252G-A-K9
            2.4GHz radio module (FCC ID: LDK102062 filed separately) also shown in the test
            report and Assembly Photo Document.
