Responses to ATCB Inquiries

1) The confidentiality Letter cites Product description/labeling/name. Please note that only certain
exhibits can be considered confidential. The labeling and information such as name, model
number can not be kept confidential. Please correct.

Both letters were updated and submitted to the ATCB web site 17 Oct 06.

2) Your response cites a DoC will be performed for the PC Peripheral Portion of the device.
Please update the labeling to include proper Doc labeling as well.

3) The calibration for the AC conducted emissions (i.e. LISN) do not appear to be provided.
Please review.

Oct 06. This list included antennas used during vehicle testing.

4) Test antenna and preamp (if applicable) do not appear to be provided for OAT’s testing. Note
that it is not assumed the same equipment is used from OATS to Vehicle testing. Labs typically
have multiple antennas and or equipment.
