This equipment is capable of supporting 9.6 kbps for 12.5 KHz channels spacing and 19.2 kbps for 25 KHz channel spacing, so it meets FCC Section 90.203(j) (5):" the equipment must be capable of supporting a minimum data rate of 4800 bits per second per 6.25 KHz of channel bandwidth.It is controlled by firmware and hardware keeps the same. We affirm that between BACL and Trimble Navigation, any difference in understanding, including test plan, measurement methods, applicable standards and relevant procedures and processes have been resolved prior to commencement of testing activities. This authorization is valid until further written notice from the applicant.
