                Justification of Extended Frequency Range
14 September 2015
To: Whom It May Concern
Re: Application for FCC ID: KEAADL352, IC: 2368B—ADL352
       Model: ADL35—2

Dear Sir or Madam:
We declare that the model ADL35—2:

    1. is able to operate in the frequency range 430— 473 MHz.
Meets the requirements for FCC Rule Part 90.203(e). The operator cannot program and transmit
on frequencies other than those programmed by the manufacturer or service personnel. External
controls cannot be used to program frequencies and are only used to select pre—programmed
         frequencies.
    3. Will not be marketed to US customers with a programmed frequency that violates Rule Part 90.

Per the FCC KDB 634817 D01 guidance, as an alternative to listing frequencies, we acknowledge that it‘s
a violation of the FCC Rules if these devices operate on unauthorized frequencies:

Frequency Range (MHz) Part 90 Federal Use
