Grant Date: 09/27/05) On behalf of Itronix Corporation is a Class II Permissive Change application for the FCC ID: KBCIX600-BT (Bluetooth Transmitter installed in IX600 Series Rugged Laptop PC) to add a co-located Dual-Band CDMA/EV-DO PCMCIA Modem (Model: V620 manufactured by Novatel Wireless, Inc.) utilizing an internal SkyCross meandering line antenna installed behind the LCD display. The CDMA/EV-DO PCMCIA Modem is previously certified in the IX600 Laptop PC with Limited Modular Approval under the FCC ID: KBCIX-NW620 and includes co-location with the Bluetooth FCC ID: KBCIX600-BT. The Bluetooth and Dual-Band CDMA/EV-DO PCMCIA Modem can transmit simultaneously. Radiated spurious emissions measurements were evaluated for co-transmit operation and the results were in compliance. Co-transmit MPE calculations are included within this filing. Submitted within this application is the TCB Form 731, applicant’s agency authorization letter, co-transmit MPE RF exposure calculation data, FCC ID label(s) and location(s), internal and external device photographs, and the Radio-Specific Safety Information (provided to the user in hard copy format).
