To whom it may concern:

Htronix Corporation is certifying the IX325 Rugged Tablet PC with the Cisco Air—CB21AG—A—AK9
PCMCIA card and embedded antenna installed at the factory. The LCD display orientations of
the Tablet will be limited in the software to the folowing two modes of rotation:

Mode 1 = 0 Degrees Landscape (with the PCMCIA Slot Cover located at the top side of the
display).

Mode 2 = —90 Degrees Portrait (with the PCMCIA Siot Cover located at the left side of the
display}.

The reason for limiting the display orientations to the above described modes is to avoid a
separation distance requirement to satisfy SAR RF exposure compliance, which would
subsequently place the burden of compliance on the user. In limiting the modes of display
orientation, there is no burden of RF exposure compliance placed on the user.

Please also refer to the external device photographs exhibit within this filing for detailed photos.
