            Attestation of compliance with RSS—102
            Re: 1943A —lX300e

            Mr. Corey,

The 1X300 GoBook Tablet PC, containing one of each of the following transmitters; a Sierra
            Wireless AirCard 775, (WAN) a WM168b—Molex, (WLAN) and a MUBTC2—TH, (Bluetooth) were
evaluated and found to comply with the RF exposure limits for humans, as specified in Health
Canada‘s Safety Code 6 and reproduced in RSS—102, Evaluation Procedure for Mobile and
Portable Radio Transmitters with respect to Health Canada‘s Safety Code 6 for Exposure of
Humans to Radio Frequency Fields. Calculations of the MPE were made to determine
compliance with the reference RF exposure limits.

l the undersigned declare and attest, having also duly signed the equipment certification
application, that this radio device has been evaluated as a mobile radio. Mobile radios are not
body worn (e.g. mounted on vehicles or placed on desks, shelves, etc.) and operated such that
humans are normally separated from their radiating element by at least 20 cm are not subject to
SAR tests, but must have an RF evaluation by the certification applicant, based on the calculated
or measured field strength value. SAR evaluation can be used if so desired in lieu of a RF
evaluation of field strength limits but was not used in this case.

The certification applicant/grantee is aware that they are responsible for providing proper
instructions for the user of the radio device, as well as any usage restrictions.

            Best Regards,

             fCoreP bifum
