RE: FCC ID: KBCIX260LMC350
Attention: Jon Hughes

I have a few comments on this Application.
1. Please note that the PPSD, Occupied Bandwidth, Conducted spurious emissions and Band edge
data are all from a device over 2 years old. This is an application for a new FCC ID number, and
there is no indication as to how many changes may or may not have taken place in the life cycle of
the original product. Please provide evidence to support the assumption that the test data (over 2
years old) is applicable for the device tested.
2. Please note that in the radiated spurious emissions data on page 6, 7 and 8 you state that a high
pass filter was used. Please note that radiated spurious emissions also cover the restricted bands
just above the fundamental. The high pass filter was not listed in the test equipment and can have
considerable affect on the measurement. Please provide evidence that the roll off of the filter is
sharp enough so as not to adversely affect the spurious emissions measurements just above the
    2.4GHz frequencies.
3. Page 9 (BLOCK DIAGRAM #1) is blank. Please resolve.
4. It is not clear form the documentation if both antennae can transmit at the same time. Please verify
   that this is not possible.
