       1.) Class II PC to the Limited Modular Certification of the FCC ID: KBCIX-4965AGN. An
           IEEE 802.11 (a, b, g, n,) WLAN. This Intel Model 4965AGN is embedded within the
           Itronix Host Model: IX350 Rugged Tablet PC.

       2.) Co-location with the FCC ID: KBCIX- GUBTC41MTH, a Bluetooth 2.0 EDR Bluetooth
           module, embedded in Itronix Model: IX350 Rugged Tablet PC.

On behalf of General Dynamics Itronix Corporation we request a Class II Permissive Change to the
Limited Modular Certification for the KBCIX-4965AGN, WLAN to cover it’s operation under rule Parts
15C and 15E when embedded within the new host Model: IX350 Rugged Tablet PC.

We would like to reference the OEM, Intel Corporation, Certification test report prepared by Aegis for all
of the conducted test data and previously on file. The radiated spurious measurements made by
Northwest EMC, Inc., cover the integration of the IX-4965AGN module, main and auxiliary antenna
embedded within the IX350 Rugged Tablet PC.

We also request this Certification to include Co-location with the above referenced Limited Modular
Certified Bluetooth module the FCC ID: KBCIX-GUBTC41MTH, under rule parts 15C and 15E. The
required exhibits and SAR measurement data supporting this request are submitted with this
application.
