PRODUCT INTRODUCTION The DCS-8525 Full HD Pan & Tilt Wi-Fi Camera provides a range of features to help you effectively monitor large areas of your home or small office at all hours of the day. The pan/tilt function allows the camera to patrol a wide area, while the built-in IR LEDs provide around the clock surveillance in all lighting conditions. Extra details are captured in 1080p high-definition resolution and H.264 compression saves space without sacrificing performance. An integrated microSD card slot1 allows you to record videos directly onto the camera, without the need of a computer. You can set up the camera to record only when motion or sound is detected. Wireless connectivity means that there is no need for additional cabling and Micro-USB input lets you power the device using universal cables and power adapters, making setup quick and hassle-free. 2. Wired set-up: Plug the included USB Power Adapter and Ethernet cable into the back of the camera. Wait until the red PWR LED turns off and the green LINK LED turns on Page 5

DCS-8525LH D-Link Corporation 3-2 To download and install the mydlink app on your mobile device, scan the QR code above for your Android or iOS device. 3-3 New users: Tap Sign Up to register for a mydlink account, then tap Add a Device to install your camera. Existing users: Sign In using your mydlink account and tap the icon at the top left, then tap Add a Device to start the setup wizard. Page 6
