With due respect, the environmental assessment report page 7 accompanying this submission only shows the limits for General Population/Uncontrolled Exposure, which for VHF indicates a power density of 0.200 mw/cm^2. Safety Instructions to Installers and Users should have indicated to you that the actual limit used was 1.0 mw/cm^2 for 30-300 MHz and that this limit was readily achieved at 50 cm as shown on page 7 and on the Timco Certificate and for 50% DCF (12.5 w) with a 0 dBd antenna as shown on the mandatory instruction sheet in the Environmental Assessment Report. 1) Since we have had the A2LA accreditors examine our probe calibration and certificates as part of their annual visit, I would suggest to you that the copies of the certificates would only result in a needless waste of our time and our paper. 3) The User Manual will be changed to show a 0 dBd antenna as indicated in the EA Report and mandatory instructions.
