Depending on your responses, kindly understand there may be additional comments. 1.) Please supply a Manual for this device. 2.) Please supply a Label for this device. 3.) Kindly look at your Test Report. In section 1.5 you are showing your site was originally listed with FCC in June, 2001. Has this been updated recently with the Commission? 4.) Please review Section 3.5 of Test Report. Kindly provide labeling of the X and Y axis of this “Circuit Switched” plot. 5.) Please review the calibration records of the SAR measurement system. It appears that the probes were last calibrated in March 2005 and the validation dipoles in June 2004. FCC requires all instrumentation associated with SAR measurements must be calibrated in accordance with the intervals specified in IEEE 1528. This period is specified as one year. Longer times are permitted only if approved by the SAR system manufacturer. Please provide current traceable calibration certificates. William H.
