The above exhibits contain Trimble Navigation Limited trade secrets and proprietary information that could benefit our competitors regarding design of our handheld GPS units. This material is not customarily available to the general public and we request that it be withheld from public inspection. In addition to the above mentioned documents, pursuant to Public Notice DA 041705 of the Commissions policy, in order to comply with the marketing regulations in 47 CFR§2.803 and the importation rules in 47 CFR §2.1204, while insuring that business sensitive information remains confidential until the actual marketing of newly authorized devices, we are requesting the Commission to grant short—term confidentiality request on the following attachments until 1° February 2007: 1) External photos 2) Internal photos
