Elliott TCB 684 West Maude Ave. Sunnyvale, CA 94085 Technical Reviewer, The application FCC ID: JUP-5940071-B1 is to allow co- location on the following modules: FCC ID: O9EQ2426-SK a GSM module manufacture by Wavecom FCC ID: Q2331308 a Bluetooth module manufactured by Infineon Technologies Both of these modules are to be co- located inside Trimble’s final product. Trimble desires that the no co- location of the original grant be removed. Due to this restriction and the burden of asking the original grantees to change their grants to allow co- location, they wish to get these modules approved with co- location under their own FCC ID. These will be new applications using all past documents from the vendors of the modules. The reports provided, of the GSM and Bluetooth module, will contain the FCC ID’s of the original manufactures, but are not to be considered valid as Trimble will become the new grantee of these modules using FCC ID: JUP-5940071-B1. Trimble understands that they cannot place the original manufacture’s FCC ID on the modules or outside their product label, as these will no longer be valid.
