Date: 2019-06-17 Re: Request to dismiss DSS Grant and fix DTS Grant for FCC ID: JNZMR0069; Granted on 05/22/2017 To Whom It May Concern: We regret to inform you that we found mistake on the Grant of our device (FCC ID: JNZMR0069, Granted on 05/22/2017). The device has two frequency bands: 2402-2480MHz with Bluetooth LE scheme with 40 channels, 2402-2481MHz with GFSK digital modulation scheme with 8 channels. Both were tested under FCC 15.247 DTS equipment code. This device never been sold with frequency hopping scheme of DSS code. Therefore please kindly dismiss the DSS Grant and fix the DTS Grant for FCC ID: JNZMR0069 If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. Thank you.
