Dear Gina Lo,

You are listed as the technical contact for the above referenced TCB application.
The following items need to be addressed before the review can be completed.

1. The RF Exposure evaluation information in the Test Report incorrectly states
that this device does not need to be evaluated. This is a handheld device, which
can be categorized as a Mobile RF Exposure category, since its operation is at 20cm
from the body, excluding hands, wrists, feet and ankles. If operation is likely
against the body, the RF power of 23.8mW + a 2dBi antenna would put the EIRP at
(13.77dBm + 2dBi = 15.77dBm EIRP = 37.8mW) 37.8 mW, which is above the low
threshold of the TCB Exclusion List. If this device is Portable, then SAR
evaluation is required. If this device is Mobile, which appears to be the case,
then an MPE evaluation must be submitted. Please update the RF Exposure evaluation
in the test report. Additionally (if Mobile) please provide information to be
provided to the user about the need to maintain 20cm separation and about
incidental transmission situation if carried in the pocket.

Ans: The threshold limit 25mW is the conducted power without antenna gain, so
13.77dBm = 23.82mW, which is lower than the threshold limit of exclustion list.
This device is a handheld device and it does not have voice function. The normal
operation of the device is handheld without head/body-worn position, so SAR
measurements are exempt from testing, which is also confirmed by FCC under Inquiry
Tracking Number: 673863.

2. The schematic diagram exhibit has a location for the Bluetooth Module, but the
circuitry of this module has not been submitted. Please submit the schematic
diagram of the Bluetooth circuitry.
Ans: Please see the schematic diagram of the Bluetooth circuitry.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the
above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within
30 days of the original e-mail date may result in application dismissal and
forfeiture of the filing fee. Also, please note that partial responses increase
processing time and should not be submitted. Any questions about the content of
this correspondence should be directed to the e-mail address listed below the name
of the sender.

Best regards,
