Zwiebel Systems Development Staff Engineer Wireless Access SUBJECT: Equipment Specification Changes for FCC ID JF69928RT Please make the following changes to Item 12 on Form 731 for FCC ID JF69928RT (Confirmation number EA96538). Change the frequency range to indicate operation is from 27509.5 to 27845.5 MHz. This change is to reflect the range of the center frequencies of operation instead of the nominal occupied spectrum. This change also limits the range of operation in order to meet the emission mask requirements for the 27500-28350 MHz LMDS block. Change the emission designator to 6M00D7W. This change reflects the measured occupied bandwidth of the signal instead of the nominal full-power bandwidth. The bandwidth has been rounded to allow for measurement accuracy. This designator also indicates that the carrier is amplitude and angle modulated by multiple digital channels of data, telephony, and telemetry information. Page 1 of 1
