      Dear Mr. Fabina,
      Please find below the answers to your question No.2.


      Risco Ltd. confirms that:
      The transmitter was tested in “low power mode”. The jumper controls the RF power and not the IR
      sensitivity. “High power” is according to the European limitations, “Low power” - according to the FCC
      limitations.
      This products is not purchased off the shelf, it is intended only for installation by a trained and
      professional installer. The product is shipped with an installer manual only, and there is a warning not to
      use the “High power” for countries with FCC compliance. So the trained installer knows in the US and
      Canada to put the jumper on “Low power” position.
      The end user is not authorized to touch the unit, or open it, and so he cannot modify the RF power.
