Dear Sirs: In cooperation with our supplier, Qualcomm, we request authorization for a Class II Permissive Change to their FCC grant for the Gobi2000 Mini-PCIe wireless WAN card. There are no modifications made to the modular transmitter itself. This request covers the use of the radio module in our HSTNN-I82C computer. In order to be sure that our product complies with the FCC requirements we have:  Included an attractive, protective case with each computer  Included a label on the back of the computer instructing the user to always use the case  Provided the user with detailed instructions on the installation and use of the case, as well as the importance of using the case Details are in the accompanying materials.
