The following items need to be resolved before the review can be continued: 1. The RF test report documents compliance with RSS-133 Issue 4. Please confirm if this device complies with the most recent Issue #5 and update the exhibits accordingly. Additionally, page 6 of 57 of the report describes this module as a "ruggedized Win Mobile PDA device.." (Please note that the exhibits for the IC application AN09I2950 have not yet been uploaded). <answer> revised report is attached. IC application AN09I2960 is uploaded. 2. Please describe in detail the changes made to this device to implement the CDMA2000 capability. Are there any hardware changes? <answer> there are no hardware changes to implement CDMA2000, only software. The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application.
