following items need to be resolved before the review can be continued:

1. The RF test report documents compliance with RSS-133 Issue 4. Please confirm if this
device complies with the most recent Issue #5 and update the exhibits accordingly.
Additionally, page 6 of 57 of the report describes this module as a "ruggedized Win Mobile
PDA device.." (Please note that the exhibits for the IC application AN09I2950 have not
yet been uploaded).

         IC application AN09I2960 is uploaded.

2. Please describe in detail the changes made to this device to implement the CDMA2000
capability. Are there any hardware changes?
<answer> there are no hardware changes to implement CDMA2000, only software.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above
referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of the
