This document contains the specifications for the approval label attached to N8052 products that are marketed in the US, Canada, and other countries falling under the following requirements for an intentional radiator in the 2.4/5 ghz bands. United States • Code of Federal Regulations 47, FCC Part 15 for the United States (Class B) • CFR Part 15 Subparts C and E Section 15.247-Intentional Radiators and UNII devices (2.4ghz band, 5.725-5.85ghz band, 5.15-5.25ghz band). • FCC Declaration of Conformity (DoC) Mark on label This applies to the 14T0375 TLI part number for the N8052. A Suggested Material is Laser Code Polyester. Label to have tear marks to self-destruct if removal is attempted. The label requirements can be met by blank stock Lexmark P/N 14B0595. This raw stock has 24 blank label positions containing labels 2.6 inches x 1.25 inches. Print the attached artwork onto blank stock P/N 14B0595 or equivalent stock using a mono Laser Printer. The artwork below contains the label content. (which is not to scale). Text may be scaled or adjusted in font to fit form factor of label as long as the text is clearly legible. ******* Lexmark MarkNet N8052 Model Number: 4032-852 Manufactured in China for Lexmark International FCC ID: IYLN8052 ******* FCC mark shall be generated from a TIF file supplied to the label vendor. Approval information for other countries where an N8052 with p/n 14T0375 are marketed shall be appended to this label as the appropriate approval numbers and markings are obtained. Apply the label to the back of the INA card as shown in the image below. Do not obscure any silkscreened text featuring a backwards UL mark.
