The application is for certification of the Garmin GMN—01823 (market label GNX 375) with FCC ID: IPH—0328533. We have completed the review process of the information submitted by Garmin. We have concluded that we have no objection to the FCC granting certification for this equipment. Garmin should be aware that the 2.4 GHz wireless connection cannot be used for any critical aircraft function, such as control, nor should it cause harmful interference to critical aircraft functions. Also, the user must accept any harmfulinterference that is caused to the 2.4 GHz connection.
