Pertner of Garmin International, Inc. authorizes Compliance Testing LLC, 1724 S. Nevada Way, Mesa AZ 85204 to act on Garmin’s behalf for the sole and express purpose of processing applications submitted to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) obtaining an FCC Grant of Equipment Authorization. This authorization is limited to FCC ID: IPH-02337. Consistent with the foregoing, Compliance Testing LLC is authorized to: 1. Sign Form 731, 2. Sign letters of application, 3. Request confidentiality, and 4. Exchange data and information with the FCC, and authorized TCBs on behalf of Garmin. We certify that we are not subject to denial of federal benefits including FCC benefits, pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Abuse ACT of 1988, U.S.C. 862. Further, no party, as defined in 47 CFR 1.2002(b), to the application is subject to denial of federal benefits, that includes FCC benefits.
