According the formula 4.3.1 a) 2.4π‘šπ‘Š [ ] ∗ [√2.402 𝐺𝐻𝑧] = 0.7 ≤ 3.0 5 π‘šπ‘š The output power of the device (2.4 mW) is also below 4 mW output power limit for 2.4 GHz frequency band set in section 2.5.1 of RSS-102 in the Table 1: SAR evaluation – Exemption limits for routine evaluation based on frequency and separation distance, separate distance of ≤ 5 mm on 2.45 GHz frequency. For that reason the equipment is categorically excluded from routine environmental evaluation for RF exposure and it is deemed to comply with FCC and ISED limits for exposure to electromagnetic fields.
