Please reply to the following items. Q1. Test report sheets 11,12,13 of 25, (pdf pages 15,16,17 of 29) show emissions in the 4.8 GHz range with incorrect limits. Also these pages do not show radiated measurements for fundamental operating frequencies in the range allowed by 15.249. Please check the report for errors and revise as needed. Q2. Exhibit "Operational Description Exhibit K-O-D.pdf" is actually "Tune up of IN64R Receiver". A Tune up exhibit is not required for Part 15, but please provide an Operational Description exhibit for this device. The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of the original e-mail date may result in application dismissal and forfeiture of the filing fee.
