As addressed in KDB 680106 D01 RF Exposure Wireless Charging App v03section 5, Inductive
wireless power transfer applications with supporting field strength results and meeting all of the 6
following requirements are not required to submit a KDB inquiry for a PAG for equipment approved
using certification to address RF exposure compliance.
Here is a briefing about the device.

 KDB 680106 D01 Section 5 Requirements Justification
 a) Power transfer frequency is less than 1 MHz Yes
                                                                        110.577-147.115 kHz
 b) Output power from each primary coil is less than or equal to 15 Yes
 watts. 15 watts Max.
 c) The transfer system includes only single primary and secondary Yes
coils. This includes charging systems that may have multiple
primary coils and clients that are able to detect and allow coupling
only between individual pairs of coils.
 d) Client device is placed directly in contact with the transmitter. Yes

 e) Application is limited to Mobile exposure conditions only. No.
                                                                        It’s for vehicle use.
 f) The aggregate H-field strengths at 15 cm surrounding the device Yes
and 20 cm above the top surface from all simultaneous transmitting Please refer to RF exposure
coils are demonstrated to be less than 50% of the MPE limit. report.

Sincerely,
