Letter of Authorization June 18, 2015 To Whom It May Concern: We, the undersigned, hereby authorize: MiCOM Labs Inc. 575 Boulder Court Pleasanton CA 94566 USA., to act on our behalf in matters related to applying to the appropriate agencies for our part number BTFM. Any and all acts carried out by MiCOM Labs Inc. on our behalf shall have the same effect as acts of our own. This authorization expires on June 18, 2016. This shall include the following: • Testing • Approval applications (includes complete product documentation package, including Confidential information) and procedures • Payment of approval fees We declare that MiCOM Labs Inc. is allowed to forward all information related to the approval project to the applied notified body and to the notification entities and to discuss any issues concerning the approval application. Any and all acts carried out by MiCOM Labs on our behalf shall have the same effect as acts of our own.
