The transceiver will operate under Parts 15.247 & 15.407. The certification consists of a family of Wi-Fi enabled thermostats that operate in the 2.4GHz and 5GHz ISM bands utilizing the popular 802.11a/b/g/n standard data rates and modulations for Wi-Fi and a proprietary 902-926MHz ISM band utilizing a frequency hopping algorithm. These thermostats are designed to control various HVAC equipment. While these thermostats are intended to be used in mostly residential applications, they can also be used in various light- commercial applications as well. Variants under this filing include the following devices. All variants share the same RF block where the RF circuit and antenna and are electrically and mechanically identical. Differences include software for various markets.
