Clarification of the authorization approach for the device within submission:

This product is intended to operate in a professional environment (non residential
installation). The RF tag integrated in this printer is a tag operating at 13.56MHz and has
separately been filed for OEM integration in the FCC datatbase under FCC ID:
P5ROEM410V12. The integrated RF tag has been re-tested on critical parameters and
re-authorized under the FCC ID: HPL5366 filed in this application. Therefore, the initial
test report and applicable exhibits from P5ROEM410V12 have been submitted, together
with the additional test report and applicable exhibits of the printer device (as a whole).

The “digital” portion of the printer device has been authorized under CFR 47 Part 15
Subpart B by means of Verification procedure by the applicant.
