Concerning: DSRFID tag reader photo (FCC ID: HPL-DSRFID)


The RFID tag reader is a small printed circuit board, it is a drop-in for other RFID tag readers

    (3) The RFID reader is assembled into plastic covers


The RFID reader is used in production Drystar table top printer models 5366 and 5367, in
production Drystar floor standing printer model 5364.


The RFID reader can be used as a spare part in Drystar table top printer models 5365, 5366 and
5367, in production Drystar floor standing printer model 5364. In this case an extra label will used to
indicate the presence of this RF part. The label will contain the text: “Contains FCC ID: HPL-
DSRFID”.


The readers are assembled into the film trays of the printers, all models have similar trays. The
mechanical details can vary but the location of the RFID reader is the same for all models. Below we
present photos of one particular model as an example.
Note that because of the modular approval the part can be used in other (Agfa) applications, the
module is only for internal use and it is not sold to external parties public. It can happen that the
module is used in an OEM application.
