Dear Mr. Chen,

Since Mr. Dichoso requested I place our response into the RF Expo folder, I am also
including this letter. I would like to apologize for the misunderstanding in our recent
response. Due to a misinterpretation on our part, we placed the wrong distances in our
Manuals. I have corrected those and revised the warnings for installers and users with the
20 cm warning. As I explained before, this product is intended for industrial controlled
environment installations. It will only be installed by trained Intermec personnel. Our
training guidelines include RF safety issues such as keeping the installers and users away
from the antenna. Please let me know, if you have any further questions regarding this
product.
