NORTHWEST EMC, INC. 22975 NW Evergreen Parkway, Suite 400 Hillsboro, OR 97124 August 25, 2003 Dear Application Examiner: Please note that the SAR Report issued by Compliance Certification Services, Report # 03U2103-1, dated July 09, 2003, incorrectly lists the FCC ID number for the 802MIG2 as FCC ID: HN2802MIG2. Since the date when the SAR report was issued, Intermec has changed their FCC ID number scheme. Now the correct number is FCC ID: HN2CK30MIG2. The applicant attests that the unit tested and documented in CCS Report # 03U2103-1 is the same as the unit described in this filing for certification. Also, when comparing the SAR Report with the User Manual, there is a slight difference between the numbers used to identify the body-worn accessories. The User Manual lists the accessory Model Number. The SAR report lists the Part Number. The part number gives additional characters used sourcing the accessory from within Intermec’s internal ordering system.
