Intermec Technologies Corporation 700C pen—notepad computer — FCC id: EHA7TOOC—SMC45—1 This product is used in hand held mobile data collection and communication applications for material tracking and inventory control in market segments such as route delivery and warehousing. The 700C can have up to three radio options installed, simultaneously. These are GPRS, IEEE 802.11b and Bluetooth radio modules. The 700C has been previously approved as a mobile device under FCC id: EKHA7ZOOC—SMC4S by BABT operating as a TCB. This application is for BABT to act as an agent in applying directly to the FCC on behalf of Intermec. The product has now had a software modification allowing it to operate in GPRS mode. It will also now be operated close to the body and head in portable mode. To this end two reports have been included. These are an EMC report covering limited radiated emissions and a SAR report covering 1900MHz GPRS mode and 2.4GHz WLAN mode against head and body phantoms.
