Dear Harris Lai,

I have reviewed the above referenced Class II Permissive Change application and have the
following questions that need to be addressed before the review can be completed:

1. There was a letter of authorization from ACER to CCS TW in the original application.                                             Please
also submit the letter of Authorization for this application.
Ans: Sorry, we forget upload it. Please find attachment.




2. Please explain why SAR testing for this collocation situation was only performed near the
WLAN Aux antenna.
Ans: The WLAN Aux antenna is the worst case found in the original report, so we choose the Aux
antenna to be evaluated for this new case.
