This updated Marvell WiFi module, PCB number 001D9193-2, uses the same circuitry and Marvell WiFi chip. The main changes are the new 001D9193-2 Marvell WiFi module has a 4 layer PCB instead of 6 layers, the flash memory is 4GB instead of 8GB and one low pass filter output pins are different. The original LMA was done at a higher power level that met the requirements. However, when we put the WiFi module on the end product PCB, we did dial the power down to meet the passing criteria. The lower power level has been used on all of our certified products with FCC: HBW8522. The C2PC testing was also conducted at this lower power level.
