The original grant dated 06 /02 /2017 was issued as Limited Modular Approval type (LMA). The LMA will be placed inside a host device known as currently covered under FCC ID HBW1D7991. The new combination of the LMA FCC ID: HBW8522 with a modified host with FCC-ID HBW1D7991 equipped with a additional Bluetooth module certified under FCC IDL QOQII. The hosts with the new LMA are known as the following host marking names / Models, respectively: € Chamberlain Smart Garage Hub / myQ-H3 € Liftmaster Smart Garage Hub / myQ-H3LM The "B-Hub" Models, myQ-H3 and myQ-H3LM are electricaly identical and contain identical assembly boards. The only difference between them is packaging artwork and Brand. There are no other modifications to the host device. Considering the above relating to the C2PC, the following are attached: € C2PC EMC test Report for QOQII tested in the host (provided by TUV) € MPE report with power from the added transmitter (provided by TUV) € External photos of the B-Hub € Internal photos (showing the modu!e installed in the host) [] New label art and location € User manual for the final host, including safe RF exposure distance, We are utilizing the SiLab module model BGM11S22F256GA-V2 FCC ID: QOQII forinternal usage within The Chamberlain Group, Inc, (CGI) only.
