The provided theoretical processing gain provided theoretical calculations of processing gain based upon Intersil HWB3163 system, which was granted under FCC ID: OSZ3163B1. The subject device uses the identical processing gain and associated circuitry as used within Intersil HWB3163 system. As such, we understand it is acceptable to make reference to their processing gain data as it is identical the pertinent associated circuitry within the subject device. Attached, find Askey Computer confirmation letter dated September 18, 2000 regarding this matter. Please advise if you have any further questions or comments.
