Box 370 Newberry, Florida 32669 Re: Response to TCB Requests for Information for FCC ID: H8N-WLL6540 JOB #: 2231TC15 Dear Sir: Compliance with 15.212 (a)(1)(iv) is achieved by the use of a specific, internal stamped metal PIFA antenna mounted on the host product’s circuit board in accordance with the revised OEM Manual. The modular radio was tested using a test board that made the antenna connection via a coaxial cable and nonstandard connector. The OEM product shall have a direct connection using PCB traces between the module’s antenna pins and the prescribed antenna. Complete guidance for the traces and any coupling components has been included in the OEM Manual. Additional corrections to the OEM Manual include the following: 1.) The FCC ID has been changed to H8N-WLL6540. 2.) A note has been added, “This module is restricted to installation in products for use only in mobile and fixed applications.” 3.) A note has been added, “This module can only be used with a host antenna circuit trace layout design in strict compliance with the OEM instructions provided in this manual.” 4.)
