The confidentiality request applies to the schematic diagrams, SCH000000028, SCH000000029, SCH000000030 and SCH000000031, and all related Parts Lists. The LinkNet LNKF800 has been developed at considerable effort and expense by Kaval Wireless Technologies. These items are considered as Trade Secrets and therefore public access to the proprietary material could possibly result in duplication of equipment that could severely damage the company’s business advantage.
