June 5, 2019 Federal Communications Commission Authorization and Evaluation Division 7435 Oakland Mills Road Columbia, MD 21046 CLASS II PERMISSIVE CHANGE REQUEST Reference: Model: CASC165A Attached, please find supporting documentation for a Class II Permissive Change Filing on the CASC165A VHF Transceiver, operating in the 150.8 – 173.4 MHz frequency band of the Land Mobile Services in accordance with 47 CFR§ Part 90. This Class II Permissive Change is to add the extended frequency note to our current grant. There have been no modifications to the transmitter either externally or internally and as such only the extended frequency range of 148 -174 MHz needs to be added along with this cover letter and the revised frequency justification letter. All previous exhibits submitted with the original application still pertain to this equipment.
