American TCB

Hello Mr. Graff,

DTC has decided to abandon the effort to secure a TCB on H25TAC2001 Tactical Repeater
because of the average power issue. We can not reduce our power by 3db in order to comply with
TCB guidelines. Therefore, DTC will permit American TCB to review and submit the Part-90
application to the FCC lab conventionally as an agent of DTC Communications, Inc.
