My education and experience are a matter of record with the Federal Communications Commission. TUV PRODUCT SERVICE INC has been authorized by James Bacher, Senior Engineer of Monarch Marking Systems Inc, to make Certification measurements on the Wanderer II 433.8 MHz Transceiver. These tests were made by me or under my supervision at our Wild River Laboratory which is registered with the FCC under Paragraph 2.948 of the FCC Rules. Test data required by the FCC for Certification is included in this report.
